The governance committee acts a strategic advisory group for the project team. The committee members are by nomination and each one of them represent key expertise that are critical for informed governance for the project team.
The committee convenes once a year and will review the progress of the project deliverables, approve the project budget expenditures, and will support the stakeholder engagement activities.
